  This store seems nice, but wouldn't recommend People's brand. My husband bought 3 of my rings at People's (engagement, wedding, 1 yr rings). After years, some of the diamonds were loose. Took them to People's, they quoted me over $300, 2 weeks to ship to Vancouver to fix. It was not covered under warranty because they figured we had a 2 year warranty, and they now offer a lifetime extended warranty. They had no record of purchase or warranty on any of the 3 rings. Apparently when head office changed databases and switched ownership, it deleted 1/2 of the records. Their mistake, but we were expected to pay. If we wanted it fixed and future warranty, it would cost approx $600. Took the rings to Fifth Avenue Jewelers, they fixed all the diamonds for $30, in 2 days; jeweler onsite, knowledgeable, professional and great service. Highly recommend going to Fifth Avenue Jewelers (located by Walmart).

  I'd like to thank this store for going against their own return policy and not issuing me a refund in my form of payment even though the receipt clearly states I was entitled to one. I made a cash purchase for approximately $170, in which their policy says i am to be refunded in original form of payment. Cash purchases over $200 will be issued by cheque from corporate. Instead, i am expected to drive home across town to go get plastic for the refund. Here's an idea guys, change your retuen policy if you can't honor it. I know now to never buy from this store again unless i feel like having a headache. I would give less than one star for lack of care from the man who appeared to be the manager. What a joke.

  Terrible service to get my new engagement ring sized. Brought it in January 6 and still do not have it. Do not recommend!!
