  Was not impressed that we were told that three right hand tubs and surround were in stock, only to get there and find out there is none. Jeff from customer service and Quinn went above and beyond to make it right. Low and behold after 2 hours Jeff and Quinn found our tub. Excellent guys. Thank you

  Wonderful place to shop. Everything was so neat and tidy, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hardware store over any others.

  I bought the Ego 21" Self Propelled mower, weed eater and also the hedge trimmer. These are superior tools with great in store 90 day nqa warranty and amazing 5 year manufacturer warranty. I use them commercially and have run into 1 problem only to have them replace the unit outright. Service is great at this store. Products are on par as well. Cheers!

  Do not go here for the customer service! Went in too seek advice for drilling tile in my home renovation, an associate by the name of Trevor tried to help and had absolutely no clue what he was talking about! This store has no sense of who they hire he had no experience in home renovations at all and was absolutely useless, he offered to go look on the computer which I could have done my self, an absolute waste of time. Only good thing about this store is they have a fair sized selection but if you want customer service and first hand experience, DO NOT GO HERE!

  Great store and service, has the best selection and prices, very knowledgable staff and allthough they may not know everthing they sure try hard to find out, may not be the best place for contractors but still excellent.
