  Came into town with engine troubles, they diagnosed immediately, ordered parts, and had us on the road the next day. Great service and very good to deal with. They are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

  My car had not seen a shop for a year or two. Because there is no subaru in Kamloops. There shop is awesome. They will find things on the car neglected. Get you in at a timely matter. And the work shows. My car drives better than it has years. There mechanics are great!!! Franc is a great chat in the morning if you need a ride as well. Thanks guys.

  Excellent customer service - I emailed with a query and they were friendly and helpful online, then when I took the car in they were fast and efficient. it was cheaper than I had expected, and they even gave the car a quick clean and vacuum. Highly recommended!

  A big thank you to Franco Auto for donating their services to install a alternator (that was donated by Lordco) for our family. We were staying in Kamloops after having been evacuated from our home near Cache Creek because of the wildfires.
