  I brought them my truck in and they said the claim would be processed in a day or two... A week later and they hadn't even done the estimate. I understand things get busy but a little communication goes a long way. I called in to cancel and they didn't even sound concerned that I was bringing my truck somewhere else.

  Friendly staff, Nice loaner cars with no decals or advertising. My car looked great when it was done and was perfectly clean inside and out. Was done sooner than I expected too!

  Very disappointed with the service. Dan's was highly recommended from a few friends but no such luck with the referral.

  Brought in a car for repair after it was side swiped. It needed repairs to passenger Door and front fender. The had the repairs donw within a week which impressed us till we saw it. We were very disappointed with the repairs. It looked like the rushed to get it done and the paint had runs in places and uneven paint on other places. They tried to blend the paint, but ended up making a mess of it. The alignment of the door and fender was very close at the top, within a 1/8" at the top doing down to almost a 3/4" gap at the bottom of the door. when we asked the guy to come out and take a look at it to explain it, he said it was a crappy little car, what did we expect. How about the job done right! we refused to take the car home and asked them to fix it properly, and call us when its done. A week later they called and it did look better, they wet sanded the runs out and buffed it. you could still see where they tried to blend the paint. The door and fender alignment was a bit better, about 1/4" at top and 1/2" gap at the bottom. asked to talk to the manager and he came out. said its the best they could do. We talked to ICBC and ended up bringing it into then to show them the issues. They agreed to let another show do the remaining repairs.

  Very hostile employees. Will hang up on you, and they become frustrated easily. Lacking any customer service. Almost 2 month waiting period. horribly managed company
