  I went to Cactus Collision because I noticed that they were a family owned and operated business. I was immediately greeted by owner/operator team Reid, Marianne and their nice little 'door greeter dog' who were all super friendly. I got an estimate emailed to me within the hour and their price was much more reasonable than the other places around town.

  We bought a newish car that had a couple of decent sized door dings that dented the metal and chipped the paint which caused a small bit of rust to start to form. We figured we should get it fixed up asap (since it's still somewhat winter here).

  We got the car booked as soon as they had an extra courtesy car available (about 2-3 days or so). They gave us a super clean and well maintained Hyundai Accent with a full tank of gas. It was also unmarked so you don't have to do the 'drive of shame' while your car is getting fixed.

  I was expecting the shop to take about 2 to 3 days, but they had our car done by the end of the following day. Very fast! The dents, chip damage and rust have been completely removed with a perfect colour match to our car (Mitsubishi Sunburst Orange). You can't even tell that there was work done and there is no paint 'orange peeling'. I couldn't even find any seams?

  Their work and attitude is highly professional, well presented and of top quality! They also gave our car a wash and cleaned up the interior (vacuum, wipe, etc).

  We looked around for some places to get the paint repaired, but nothing really compared to Cactus Collision. Zimmer Auto were somewhat rude with their presentation and I got the feeling like they didn't really care about our business. They quoted me about 75% more that every other place, didn't acknowledge me when I went in and only got around to me after serving an older gentleman in a suit who walked in after me.
