  I then worked with Justin Grover for the finance piece. He made me feel like an old friend and took my current financial situation into consideration when trying to make my monthly payments work. I left his office in a much better financial situation thanks to his advice and the time he took to ensure I was happy with where we landed. They both stayed way past closing time to ensure I was happy, so much so that they had to lock up when we finished.

  Thanks for opportunity to share our recent servicing of our Ford F150. What we appreciate the most of Kamloops Ford Lincoln is the convenience that we live just 4 blocks away. And our service appointments are always on time, from start to finish.

  The only question regarding our most recent regular servicing was that it said on the invoice that the tires were rotated. I noticed this on the invoice the next day. Just 2 days before this servicing we got brand new tires put on the truck. So I was very surprised to see that they would rotate brand new tires. So I phoned to ask if they actually did that. Sarah, on the phone, said if it was on the invoice, then they would have done it. Just curious about this, that's all.

  I did find that there is a bit of a disconnect between the sales floor price and the final Ford financing price, which I am quite sure is industry wide... Just make sure you know what you are getting yourself into before signing anything (particularly with interest payments), and expect to spend a bit more :)

  Sales staff were helpful and seemed to care. Have taken in my new vehicle for a couple minor things and they provided a temp car, and even washed my truck while it was getting serviced. In general I would definitely recommend this dealership.

  Overall, always satisfied with Ford Lincoln. We did try to negotiate on a brand new truck this past summer (late spring) during one of your big sales events. But we couldn't come to an agreement so we walked away. Maybe next year.

  I just recently purchased a 2017 f-150 and the staff at Kamloops Ford Lincoln were amazing! It was an incredibly positive experience. My experience started with Josh when I sent in an inquiry on-line through their website. He connected with me the next day and started the process very conveniently via text messages and pictures. He was able to narrow down my search and found exactly the truck I was looking for. He was readily available via cell every time I had questions and set-up a test drive that was convenient for me. I really appreciated not having to waste my time going to the dealership when I wasn't sure if they had what I was looking for or if it was within my financial restrictions.
