  This is one of your typical trans Canada highway roadside Tim Horton’s. Today the service was good and the restaurant clean. I finally clued in to ask to have my bagel out through the toaster twice so that it would be warm and it was perfect. Not a fan of their coffee but when traveling sometimes you take what you can get.

  I was in this Tim Hortons drive thru today, and we definitely will not be back. Stopped on our way to Vernon and ordered a Tuscan chicken panini, chicken bacon ranch wrap and a large triple triple. My husband said twice on the speaker his coffee. When we paid the women at the window ripped the debit machine out of his hand before he was done. When she passed us our food we asked about our coffee but she didn't ring it in. So we had to then pay again for the coffee we ordered. As we drove away I open my sand which to see they put the wrong sauce on it, and was missing onions. Don't the Tuscans come on a multigrain bun , with mozzarella, tomatos , onions and sundried tomato sauce!? I used to work at Tim Hortons , it's not a hard job at all. Needles to say we will not be going to that location!

  Cold and couldn't get across what I wanted to order. Finally got my sandwhich and ate it and my good soup in a freezing room. Won't go back!

  mostly it's just a Timmys...but one time I was there and a machine was squeeling the whole time I was there...it was annoying...they were a little busy but mostly they were used to it and just tuned it out...they don't care about your experience there or any Timmys for that matter...they just care to get your money...that's how I feel whenever I go to one...they know the few people who expect more will be replaced by 20 times the amount of sheeple so they careth not lol I don't go there at all anymore unless I'm with someone else because I don't like their business mentality and their lack of true appreciation for their patrons...have you ever seen a Timmys on Undercover Boss?? lol thumbs down is my sentiment to Timmys in general...

  I find it very unprofessional for the staff to charge me for 2 espresso shots and I see with my own eyes one shot made a shared between my 2 drinks. When I questioned it I was told he hit the big shot button; all the while the young girl who was also working there glared at me. I suggested that if someone is paying for 2 shots of espresso that they should be making 2 shots... not taking short cuts! Very annoyed! I will not be back to that particular Tim Hortons as I feel they try and rip people off.
