  I’ve had my hot tub for a few years now . When I have any problem at all there’s help right away. When there’s water reading issues or filtre questions Jennifer Perry knows the answer . She’s always helpful , cheerful and knows her business .. always a pleasure talking with her .. Thank You Arctic Spa .. and Thank You Jenifer for answering my panicky questions ... lol

  Bought a brand new hot tub, dropped it off without setting up. Never was set up with right chemicals for our water. Never tested our water or even suggest it. Never followed up with our concerns ..truly disappointing. They did throw a couple new filters our way....thankyou? Still having troubles with balancing tub...going to a different company for products. Wish I spent my money somewhere else!

  We purchased a home 2 years ago that included an artic spa hot tub and swim spa. Jennifer and her staff have been super at suggesting care and maintenance solutions for us. We have had no trouble getting parts and supplies as we run a B&B and sometimes guests can be hard on the equipment. Recently I had an issue with the hot tub and she walked me through trouble shooting over the phone saving me considerable time and expense. I highly recommend this business.

  Bought a reconditioned hot tub approx. 2 years ago. Service has been excellent! Had a jet blow out a couple of weeks back, a technician came by on his way home and fixed it, this after 2 years! Wow. My daughter is in the market for a hot tub, she will be buying it from Arctic Spas.
