  Just got a quote for a replacement RV fridge. Parts person Mark was less than helpful. All other dealers I called had to look up model to get me a price. He just said $2,200. He was $700. over my lowest quote and $600. over 2 other dealers. His explanation for the high price was because of the U.S. dollar. I guess he gets charged more exchange than anyone else. Perhaps due to his demeanor on the phone. I won't ever call or set foot at this dealership for anything.

  Called in today (Saturday 6 May 2017) en route from Cache Creek to Clearwater as we had a minor problem with the Class A Motorhome we hired in Vancouver. The staff could not have been more willing and helpful and quickly allayed our fears after immediately checking over our RV. They gave us some helpful hints over a jug of coffee and, after us searching everywhere en route, provided a small, portable BBQ at CAD 18.95 which we can now use for the rest of our 3 week trip.   Lots of selection but service was not on the ball .. maybe they had an off day perhaps? Parts department is well stocked .

  I'm the dealerships defense, this rating is based off of one person in the parts department. After ordering the wrong part twice, the parts guy was less than helpful. Didn't try to locate the proper part, handed me a book and said "find it in there". Then proceeded to answer phone calls and help other people instead of resolving the situation. Horrible customer service. I definitely will not bring any future business to them.
