  They don't even deserve 1 star, I'm only giving one star because I can't post a review without a star. I've been to this location of chatters before and I used to be happy with my haircut. I just paid $40 for my hair and the lady didn't even wash my hair because "she didn't have time because my hair is too long" I told them on the phone my hair was long and they said they would have enough time. She didn't style after cut and she didn't even cut my hair right. My hair is crooked and the layers were the opposite of what I had asked for. She frayed my ends. My bangs weren't even cut right.The people there were all rude and mean. I don't recccomend this place.

  I have never left during haircut. While I'm getting my hair done she just left me in middle with no brushing no combing. And hello all time during haircut she was behaving so weird like

  The ladies up front also know their hair products and will always try to find you the best product for the best price.

  By far the worst eyebrow wax I have ever gotten. She did not stick to my natural brow shape and waxed off the entire front part of my eyebrows which completely ruined the shape of my eyebrows. On top of that, they’re not even. I will never be returning. Worst $18 I have ever spent.

  I have been going to chatters for about 8 years and my stylist (Haywan?) is great for cutting my curly hair and I've never been disappointed with the cut, color or my eyebrows. But she wasn't there when I had to get my eyebrows done on Saturday and i had a horrible experience with the woman who did them. Her station was a mess with hair from many heads and her tips on the counter. I biggest problem however was the fact she left me with swollen eyes with burn mark on my eyelids!! I usually experience redness and puffness for a least 4 hours but it's been 3 days and I've never had marks before!!

  All of these ladies convey professionalism and a high level of skill when completing services at Chatters. I've been to numerous stylists here and have never had a bad experience. I have a lot of unruly hair and am picky with how it's styled - I've found that if you communicate clearly and concisely, your stylist will always style your hair how you ask and make valued suggestions to what might suit your face shape and hair type. Erin, Katy, Ashley, Leah, Jin just to name a few awesome stylists, but they're honestly all amazing and care about you leaving the salon happy.
